By Rev. Meredith Jackson, Program Director
Isaiah 58 Ministries has been invited to participate in Shop Out Hunger, coordinated by Operation Food Search. On Saturday, August 13 we will be at Schnucks Arsenal (5055 Arsenal – the Hill) and Schnucks Ladue (8867 Ladue Rd), inviting shoppers to buy products for the ministry, or make a donation. We’ll have vehicles available to transport donations back to the ministry, and we’ll be there to answer any questions.
To volunteer for a shift at Schnucks, please sign up here.
Food drives like this help sustain our food pantry, particularly during the summer months. While many people take advantage of the summer for vacation and time away, hunger doesn’t take a vacation, and our food pantry is busier than ever.
If you’re at Schnucks on August 13, say hi! If you would like to make a donation on another day, please see our Bag of Blessings for suggestions. Donations drop offs are accepted M-F, 10am-1pm, or by appointment.
We appreciate your commitment to this important work. Together we can make a difference in addressing hunger in our community.
