On Saturday, October 4 families gathered at St Margaret of Scotland Parish to receive winter coats, Halloween costumes and share fellowship and crafting time. In cooperation with Isaiah 58 Ministries, 42 children in the St Margaret parish boundaries were identified to receive coats and costumes. Cathy White, who volunteers at Isaiah 58 Ministries and is a member at St Margaret of Scotland, organized the event and worked with the SMOS St Vincent de Paul Conference to make sure all supplies were collected, organized, and ready for distribution.
Many thanks to all who participated, set up, made cookies, coordinated crafts and made it a festive celebration. Happy Halloween, friends!
