As we begin the holy season of Lent, Isaiah 58 Ministries is excited to host the 12th annual Hunger for More campaign. Lent, an ancient Christian tradition, invites us into 40 days of self-reflection, intentional spiritual acts, and a deeper connection with God. Inspired by Jesus’ 40 days of fasting and prayer in the wilderness, this season encourages both personal and communal renewal, reminding us of the call to live lives filled with purpose and compassion.
This year, we invite you to join us in intentional acts of reflection and generosity throughout Lent. As you gather for your meals, take a moment to consider those in our community who face hunger and scarcity:
· Those whose cupboards are bare and who worry about where their next meal will come from.
· Those without a table to sit at or electricity to prepare food.
· Those whose only hot meal comes from a local soup kitchen, where kindness and companionship are served alongside nourishment.
Let this season be a time to pause and reflect on the abundance in your own life. How can you help others experience that same abundance?

Not everyone has the means to keep their pantry full, but together, we can ease the burden for many. By sharing from our resources, we embody the love and compassion that Lent calls us to embrace.
Daily Devotion for Reflection and Action
To guide you on this journey, we’re providing a 2025 Daily Devotion Calendar designed for reflection and growth. Each day invites you to explore your spiritual life and discover how you can make an impact on the lives of others. Spend a few moments each day reflecting and journaling on areas where you feel called to act.
Support our Hunger for More Campaign
This Lent, we also encourage you to participate in a powerful act of generosity. If you feel compelled, as part of the 2025 Hunger for More campaign, consider donating the amount you would typically spend on one dining-out experience each week during Lent.
Your gift will directly support Isaiah 58 Ministries, helping us provide food and assistance to the over 1,000 families who rely on our food pantry every month. A small sacrifice on your part can mean a world of difference to someone in need.

Together, We Share the Blessings
We pray that this Lenten season is filled with meaning and spiritual growth for you. Thank you for reflecting on the abundance in your life and for choosing to share it with others in need. Your support not only provides food but also brings hope and love to our community.
May you have a blessed and transformative Lent.
