Lent is a season of reflection, repentance, and renewal — but it is also a season of walking together. This year, we are grateful and excited to once again share the Lenten journey with our partners and neighbors: Isaiah 58 Ministries, along with St. John’s Episcopal Church (Tower Grove), Oak Hill Presbyterian Church, Compton Heights Christian Church, and Think+Pray+Act will unite to share this holy journey with our neighbors.
When congregations come together across traditions, buildings, and neighborhoods, something sacred happens. We remember that the Church is bigger than any single sanctuary. We remember that faith grows deeper when it is shared. And we remember that the story of Holy Week belongs to all of us.
We believe that these shared services are more than a schedule. They are a living reminder of what it means to build beloved community. Different congregations, different traditions, different expressions of worship — united by a shared commitment to love, justice, and hope.
We hope you will join us for one service or all of them. Whether you have observed Lent for decades or are exploring it for the first time, there is a place for you in this shared journey.
Because Lent was never meant to be walked alone.
We hope to see you along the way.
