Food Pantry Pre-Packed Bags – F, 10am-1pm
The food pantry is open for shopping Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 10am-1pm.
Monday through Thursday, guests may come inside to shop in the food pantry and choose their own food items. Food includes shelf-stable food (canned food, cereal, peanut butter, cookies, crackers, etc), and meat, deli, produce and bread, as available.
On Fridays, pre-packed bags are distributed.
There is no appointment necessary. Please bring a photo ID, and masks must be worn at all times. The food pantry is open to everyone living in zip codes 63104, 63110, 63118 and 63116. Households may receive food bags twice per month.
Our Hunger Program Director oversees the pantry and the many volunteers who assist throughout the week.
Fresh Food Friday – Fridays, 10am
Fresh produce, deli and pastry items, bread and periodically dairy and eggs are distributed every Friday around 10:00 am. This food is donated by area grocery stores.
Fresh Food Friday is open to all. Please bring a photo ID. Masks are encouraged.

Mobile Market Wednesday
In addition, our mobile market occurs the first Wednesday of every month. The St. Louis Area Foodbank delivers pallets of fresh food to be distributed to our clients. Because this food is perishable, it is distributed immediately to anyone in need.
Mobile Market is open to all. Please bring a photo ID. Masks are encouraged.

Clothing Room – Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 10am-1pm
The clothing room is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for individuals seeking gently used clothing and household items. Clothing for all ages is available, from infant to plus size. Business attire is also available for those in need of appropriate clothing for job interviews.
There is no appointment necessary. Please bring a photo ID, and masks must be worn at all times. The clothing room is open to all. Households may visit the clothing room once per month. Please bring a photo ID.
Soul Friends
The Soul Friends Group provides numerous opportunities for the individuals and families in our community to come together, get to know one another, build relationships and improve their lives.
Through our various events and classes, participants gain needed knowledge about a multitude of issues in order to better navigate through life while building bonds with one another that will last a lifetime. Programming includes:
- Lunch and Learn events around various issues, with speakers from the local community speaking on important topics. A free lunch is provided for all participants.
- Community Meals are hosted periodically throughout the year to encourage and nurture strong relationships.
- Field trips are planned periodically to allow participants to explore our wonderful city.
