This is a full ID clinic. Come prepared with documents so that you can leave with an ID.
Ashrei: North City Photo ID Project
Offers assistance to people who live in St. Louis by offering guidance on the process of applying for a Missouri non-driver photo identification card, including acquiring the required documentation. For many people, this means obtaining a certified copy of their birth certificate. The Ashrei Foundation will also cover the cost of obtaining this kind of ID and a birth certificate issued anywhere in the United States.
Ashrei provides a voucher and/or check to pay for non-real non-driver photo IDs and/or Birth Certificates from any state in the United States. They provide assistance with securing official, government-issued identification. They offer Proof of Residency (if needed) and are able to receive approved IDs and Birth Certificates in the mail to our office. They offer free one-day bus passes to facilitate obtaining these documents, while supplies last

Gateway I.D. Program
The Gateway ID Card is a free municipal identification card for City of St. Louis residents. The ID card is a source of civic pride and provides a safe, accessible form of identification for residents.
*The Gateway ID Card cannot be used for; Voting: Purchasing age-restricted products (alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, etc.): Boarding domestic or international flights or Federal identification purposes.*
Bring these documents with you on September 16 to get a city ID.
